Local events postponed due to weather - WSMV Channel 4

Two big local outdoor events, including a benefit motorcycle ride featuring country stars, have been postponed due to concerns over the severe weather outlook.
Dierks Bentley's Miles and Music celebrity motorcycle ride and concert that was scheduled for Sunday afternoon has been postponed, according to organizers. The ride was set to start in Columbia and culminate with a live concert at Riverfront Park. Organizers said they postponed both due to the windy weather and concern for everyone's safety.
The Battle of the Food Trucks slated for Sunday afternoon at Greer Stadium was also postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date.
