Food service company relocates headquarters to Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A business that manages about 700 restaurants across the U.S. is relocating its company headquarters to Nashville.

American Blue Ribbon Holdings and city leaders made it official with a big announcement Thursday morning.

The move means 40 new jobs coming to the company's operations located on Sidco Drive.

American Blue Ribbon Holdings operates the Stoney River Legendary Steaks restaurants and they recently purchased the O'Charley's chain.

The food service company is also in the process of buying J. Alexander's. That sale should be complete by next month.
