CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Two burglars are still on the loose Monday, but a Montgomery County homeowner may have scared them away before they took too much.
Police said the break-in occurred on Oak Hill Drive in Clarksville late Sunday night.
A man was in the restroom when he heard someone break into his home. He then stepped out and saw a pair of masked men.
The homeowner quickly grabbed a gun and fired shots into the ground.
The pair dropped the man's iPad and ran off, but the criminals still made off with a computer and a lock box.
