NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The manager of a McDonald's restaurant in Old Hickory was arrested Wednesday night after police said he tried to sell marijuana to an undercover officer.

Orlando Ramon Head, 38, of Madison, is accused of accepting cash at the front counter of the McDonald's located on Robinson Road.

After receiving the money, police said Head directed the undercover officer to an sport-utility vehicle in the parking lot where the marijuana was retrieved.

Head is charged with selling two ounces of marijuana for $220.

He was previously sentenced to 10 years in 2004 for selling cocaine. Head also had convictions for reckless endangerment and aggravated assault in the 1990s.
