Posted: Updated:

Three Nashville teens have been arrested after they allegedly knocked a man walking with a cane to the ground and robbed him at gunpoint.

Police said the 58-year-old victim was walking in an alley near Bud's Market at 1737 22nd Ave. N around 4 p.m. Wednesday when the suspects approached and kicked his cane away, causing the man to fall to the ground.

The teens - Jhonquis Compton, 15, Dontae Howard, 14, and Rondarius Miller, 15 - demanded his wallet at gunpoint, and after the man complied the teens ran away, police said.

Officers found the teens a short time later, and they were positively identified by the victim. They are now each charged with aggravated robbery in juvenile court.
