MOUNT JULIET, TN (WSMV) -
A man was arrested in Wilson County after his girlfriend was shot multiple times Tuesday.
Corey Clemmons, 38, is jailed on a charge of attempted homicide after officials said his girlfriend was found shot on Beckwith Road in Mt. Juliet.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was transported in critical condition to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Clemmons is being held without bond.
