Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker re-injured his left shoulder in the first quarter of the game against the Texans.
Locker was sacked by Houston cornerback Glover Quin and went down holding his left hand/arm.
Locker's return is questionable. He's having x-rays on the same shoulder he dislocated in the season-opener.
Matt Hasselbeck will come in as the Titans' quarterback.
