Rutherford Co. corn maze goes political for election season

Posted: Updated:

Some residents in Rutherford County have created an impressive political corn maze in time for the presidential election.

Stan and Terri Vaught's two teenage sons in Milton, TN, have made a maze for the past eight years.

Since it's an election year, they decided to plant the maze in likenesses of Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama.

Beginning Friday, the maze will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through October.

The cost is $8 for all ages.

Maze Location, Hours

The farm is located at 11132 Lascassas Pike in Milton, about 12 miles from Kroger on the right. For more information and hours, call 615-273-6293 (273-MAZE).

The maze is open 4-10 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 1-6 p.m. on Sunday.
