NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
At least two bullets entered the home of a Hermitage family early Wednesday morning but did not injure anyone.
After the shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m., police said a woman flagged down an officer outside the Margaret Robertson apartments.
One of the rounds went into the back room where the woman's two young children, ages 5 and 8, were sleeping.
Witnesses saw two cars fleeing the scene, a large black car with chrome rims and a smaller silver car.
