I-24E crash causes tie-up at Davidson-Rutherford line

LAVERGNE, TN (WSMV) -

A wreck on Interstate 24 West Tuesday morning is causing traffic problems near the Davidson, Rutherford County line.

Left lanes are blocked in both directions just past Old Hickory Boulevard on Interstate 24.

The wreck occurred on the eastbound lanes when a car ran into retaining wall.

The crash is expected to be cleared by 9:50 a.m.
