Man shot during home invasion

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A south Nashville man is in the hospital this morning after being shot during a late-night home invasion.

The incident happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday at a home on Magnolia Road in south Nashville.

Police said a man walked into the home to confront his ex-girlfriend.

He then shot the woman's current boyfriend in the shoulder.

The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are still looking for the shooter.
