Titans face Patriots at LP Field Sunday

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The Tennessee Titans will play the New England Patriots in front of a sold-out crowd during Sunday's season opener at LP Field.

The Patriots enter the season as the defending AFC champions.

The Titans called for a code blue Sunday, urging fans to wear the team's colors to the game.

Jake Locker is scheduled to get his first regular season start at quarterback for the Titans.

Before the game begins, the team will name basketball coaching great Pat Summitt as the honorary 12th Titan.

Titans owner Bud Adams will donate $25,000 to the Pat Summitt Foundation to help find a cure for Alzheimer's disease.
