NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at a bar last month in Paris, TN, was arrested Thursday in Virginia, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
U.S. Marshals and Norfolk, VA, Police Department arrested Tevin Lumpkin, 20, and Charles Lipford, 32, of Milan, TN, without incident outside a convenience store in Norfolk.
Lumpkin was wanted on murder charges after Eric Kinley, 41, of Paris, TN, was shot and killed at Fahrenheit 101 on Aug. 25.
The TBI added Lumpkin to the Top Ten Most Wanted list on Aug. 28. Lipford was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Cody Harmon, 23, of Lexington, TN, was also charged with one count of first-degree murder.
The TBI said Harmon, who knew Lumpkin, was involved in a fight with the victim when Lumpkin shot Kinley.
