Mercy Children's Clinic invites girls ages five and older to its American Girl Fashion Show Model Search on Saturday.
Girls who are chosen will model American Girl's line of historical, contemporary or Bitty Baby clothing in the American Girl Fashion Show in October.
The Model Search will be held at the clinic located at 1113 Murfreesboro Road, Suite 319 in Franklin.
"This event will allow young members in our community to get involved in a great cause and also live the life of a start for a day," said Tracie Dycus, development assistant for Mercy Children's Clinic. "We are delighted to bring this special event to Middle Tennessee, and we hope its an inspiration to attendees to support the mission of Mercy."
The Model Search will take place at noon for size 6x models and the size 10 models will take place at 3 p.m.
There is a $5 entry fee per model and if chosen to participate in the show, a $75 modeling package will apply. Model hopefuls must bring a completed application, a photograph, a signed release and $5 entry fee to the search. Applications and further details can be found on Mercy Children's Clinic's website.
The American Girl Fashion Show will have three shows on Saturday at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 6 p.m. in Liberty Hall at the Factory in Franklin. Tickets for adults and children are $35 per person.
