MEMPHIS, TN (WSMV) -
First Lady Michelle Obama held a state dinner at the White House on Monday, with the guest of honor being all pint-sized chefs.
Tennessee's representative was Logan Guleff, from Memphis.
The recipe that earned him a trip to Washington was called "Tuna Schooners," which is a tuna salad in a bell pepper base and a lettuce leaf for decoration.
The "Tuna Schooners" are made to look like a boat with the lettuce leaf as a sail.
