Police in Murfreesboro said they arrested a burglary suspect who broke in and then made himself at home.
An officer responded to a break-in Saturday morning at a home on North Spring Street.
The officer entered the home and found Steven Baumgardner, 34, asleep at the residence.
Investigators said he had been in the apartment for about a week. In that time, police said he drank a 12-pack of beer and ate some food.
He's charged with theft, aggravated burglary, trespassing and violating probation.
