An attorney in Clarksville accuses a city council member of intentionally giving out his driver's license.
Mark Rassas told the Clarksville Leaf Chronicle it was because he sent an open records request.
Rassas claimed copy of his license was then sent out in a mass email and placed the blame on council woman Deanna McLaughlin.
McLaughlin said that was not the case and it was an honest mistake Rassas' license ended up in an email.
