Northwest HS renovation gets nod from school board

CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Extensive renovation may soon be underway at Clarksville Northwest High School.

The Clarksville-Montgomery County School Board passed a $16 million resolution for improvements Tuesday night.

Channel 4's partners at the Leaf Chronicle report that Montgomery County Commissioners will get the final say on the renovations next month.

The project includes upgrades focusing on safety and security.
