Person shot during Hopkinsville home invasion

HOPKINSVILLE, KY (WSMV) -

Hopkinsville police said a person was wounded trying to break into a home late Sunday night.

The Kentucky New Era reports the incident happened around 11 p.m.

Police said a man trying to break into a home was shot by someone inside.

There is no word on his condition.
