NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Emergency crews battled a house fire near Vanderbilt University on Tuesday morning.
The fire was reported at about 9:15 a.m. at 1502 18th Avenue South.
Crews were able to tame the flames by 10 a.m.
Officials said the building was vacant with no electricity. No one as injured.
