Smith Co. man arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor

CARTHAGE, TN (WSMV) -

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested a Smith County man for sexually exploiting a minor and is continuing to investigate him. He could face additional charges.

Doug Clemmons, 51, of Carthage, was arrested at his home at 103 Lebanon Rd. Thursday night after allegedly exchanging child pornography with another individual.

TBI agents executed a search warrant at his home after receiving information that he was engaged in illegal activities involving a minor.
