ASHLAND CITY, TN (WSMV) -
Cheatham County commissioner David Davidson was indicted Wednesday after he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence last summer.
Police took him into custody on River Road on Aug. 2.
Davidson for a state House of Representatives seat in 2008 but was defeated in that race.
He had three previous DUI arrests before the August arrest.
