Small fire briefly evacuates Gra-mar Middle School

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Students and teachers had to be evacuated from Gra-mar Middle School Wednesday morning after a freezer caught fire.

The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. The fire was small but triggered the sprinkler systems.

Floors were covered with water from the sprinklers, but students were allowed to return to classes after a short time.
