NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A pedestrian was critically injured Sunday night after being struck by an oncoming car in Hermitage.
The collision happened just after 9 p.m. at the corner of Lenanon Pike and Tyler Drive.
The victim was taken to Vanderbilt with life-threatening injuries. Police are now working to figure out exactly what happened.
The car involved in the collision was several hundred feet away from where the scene was taped off.
