Saturday at the Nashville zoo is Ice Day.
Turkey broth pops and worms frozen in ice are for the animals like anteaters, but there will be plenty of treats and activities for people too, including a water slide and an ice cream eating contest.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., kids can meet their favorite Disney characters from Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and the Madagascar films.
Overall, it sounds like a cool day for the whole family.
