NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Workers at a Donelson Cracker Barrel were robbed at gunpoint as they closed late Tuesday night.

The robbery occurred at the restaurant located on Stewarts Ferry Pike around midnight.

Police said a manager was walking to her car, but she only got just a few steps outside before she was approached by a woman with a pistol.

The manager was then forced back inside the restaurant.  A man with a gun quickly followed them inside and demanded money.  Two other employees were also still inside the restaurant.

After taking an undisclosed amount of cash, the couple then escaped in a vehicle.  No one was hurt.

The robbers are described as a white man and white woman in their 20s. The man was described as about 6' 2" and weighing 180 pounds and the woman was 5' 4" and 120 pounds. Both had their faces covered.

Investigators said a similar robbery occurred a few weeks ago in Franklin, KY.
