JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) - A grand jury in Jackson will hear the case of a man charged with beating another man to death with a bar stool.
Travis Holliday, 32, is accused in the June 17 death of 45-year-old Kenneth Brasher at Breaker's Billiards. Police said Brasher was beaten following an altercation.
A judge Thursday sent the case to a county grand jury. Holliday is jailed on $250,000 bond on a second-degree murder charge.
