NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Mayor Karl Dean has traveled to Philadelphia to join first lady Michelle Obama to promote a healthy eating program.
It's the first lady's Let's Move initiative, which targets children.
The program teaches them how to create a better diet and to improve their health during their lifetime.
Dean will join other mayors from across the country at the event.
