Nashville Home Ownership Fair on Sunday - WSMV Channel 4

The 5th annual Mayor's Home Ownership Fair will be held at Bridgestone Arena on Sunday.
Nashville residents will have the opportunity to meet with realtors, homebuilders, lenders and non-profit groups from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The first 500 people who enter the fair will get free tickets to a Nashville Predators preseason game.
Door prizes include a Whirlpool kitchen appliance package and a 70-inch LCD TV.
According to the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, home sales have increased nearly 25 percent since June of 2011.
"While recent national reports may not have been encouraging, home sales activity here remains very brisk," said GNAR president Kendra Cooke.
