Hermitage home damaged by downed trees and power lines

A Hermitage homeowner is still accessing the damage to her home after Saturday's  thunderstorms that left parts of Middle Tennessee underwater.

Strong winds uprooted a tree that crashed into the home located on Bonnabrook Drive.

No one was injured but there is considerable damage to the home.

While Emergency Management officials confirm that more than a dozen homes were underwater, they are not expecting it to get any worse.

Both Sumner and Wilson counties were under flash flood warnings earlier Saturday but neither county reported any problems.
