Nashville artist performs on 'Today Show' - WSMV Channel 4

A Nashville songwriter got the opportunity of a lifetime Friday morning when he performed on the Today Show after being "discovered" by host Hoda Kotb.

Hoda said she became a fan of Paul Sikes during a recent trip to Music City when she saw him perform at the Bluebird Cafe.

Sikes, who was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, traveled to New York to play one of his songs for Hoda, Kathie Lee and the millions of Today Show viewers.
