CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A market in Montgomery County was damaged early Friday morning when burglars used a truck and sport utility vehicle to rip an ATM from the store.

Police were called to the Kangaroo Market at 1874 Memorial Dr. around 3:45 a.m.

When officers arrived they found the front glass doors torn down and the ATM lying outside of the store.

"These guys looked like they knew what they were doing. They got there. They were very organized. They hooked up the chains. They were out. This all happened in a little over two minutes," said Clarksville Police Ofc. Jim Knoll.

The thieves stole cigarettes as well as an undisclosed amount of money from the ATM.

Police said surveillance video showed multiple people using a white, flatbed truck with stake sides and a two-tone white and gold Ford Explorer involved in the break-in.

The robbers put chains on the ATM to pull it from the store.

Police continue to investigate, and no arrests have been made.
