Former police officer arrested in 1994 case

OAK GROVE, KY (WSMV) -

A former Oak Grove, KY, police officer is accused of tampering with evidence in a 1994 murder case.

Leslie Duncan was the lead investigator on a double murder at the New Life Massage Parlor.

Duncan was removed from the case after he was accused of hampering the investigation.

He resigned from the police force a short time later.
