Look-alike fan kicked out of Kenny Chesney concert

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Thousands packed LP Field last weekend for the highly anticipated Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw concert, but one fan said he was kicked out for an unusual reason.

Nathan Blankenship said he was ejected by security for looking too much like Chesney and causing an uproar from fans.

Blankenship later posted on his Facebook page that he didn't receive a refund despite his early exit from the show.

Now, concert promoter Kate McMahon is trying to reach out to Blankenship to make the situation right. Sony Music released a statement Monday saying:

"The concert promoter is going to contact Blankenship to resolve the matter. No one in Chesney's management or promoter camp was aware that this fan had been escorted from the show."

A Sony spokesman said it's possible Blankenship could get tickets to the next Chesney concert, but they want to speak with the man first.
