
Germantown East Chef Jay Luther's Watermelon Salad
Ingredients:
1 small watermelon, fresh, cubed into 1-inch squares
½ cup red onion, finely diced
2/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1 T. sugar
Remove rind from one small to medium seedless watermelon. Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes and place in large bowl. Add raspberry vinegar, onions and sugar, and toss all ingredients together. Chill and serve.
