LEXINGTON, TN (WSMV) -
Interstate 40 eastbound in Henderson County has reopened following a deadly crash involving a tractor-trailer Wednesday morning.
The wreck occurred at 6 a.m. near exit 108, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
