NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Some guests who were staying at the same hotel where Whitney Houston died on Feb. 11 now want a refund for their rooms.

The visitors who were on the same floor at the Beverly Hilton Hotel as Houston claim the conditions were unbearable because of the commotion.

Apparently the floor where the singer died was on lockdown and guests had to provide additional proof of identification to reach their rooms.

The Beverly Hilton is refusing to give refunds.

Hotel workers said they took every precaution to protect the privacy of the Houston family as well as other guests.

Should hotel guests who were staying on the same floor the night Houston died get a refund for their stay? Sound off on our Facebook page.
