WARREN COUNTY, TN (WSMV) -

A subcontractor accidentally installed roof trusses the wrong way during construction at an elementary school.

A new Morrison Elementary is set to open this year and crews have been working on the gym.

County leaders recently learned that roof trusses in the building were installed upside-down. The county mayor's office said a subcontractor made the mistake.

Engineers will make modifications to the trusses so they will work in their current place. It's not expected to delay the project or cost the county any extra money.
