NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A second man injured after being hit by a car near Music Row in December has died. Tommy Allen died Tuesday morning nearly two months after the collision.

Jeffrey Brooksher died Dec. 12.

Allen and Brooksher were struck while walking in the early morning hours of Dec. 10 near the Music Row roundabout.

Metro Police told Channel 4 News that a Scion driven by Trevor Collin Bradshaw hit the two men and a taxi head-on while crossing into oncoming traffic.

Three people in the taxi were treated for minor injuries.

Police said Bradshaw fled the scene after the wreck, and he was arrested later that day after surrendering at Metro Police Headquarters.

Metro Police charged Bradshaw and his passenger Erin Brown with vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.

Investigators said Bradshaw was drunk and Brown let him drive, leading to the deadly crash.

Bradshaw and Brown are free on bond pending their preliminary hearing on Feb. 23. A second vehicular homicide charge is expected to be placed against them both.

Donations for the victims' families are accepted at any US bank branch by giving to the "T & B Foundation."

In December, Brooksher's father filed a $10 million civil suit against the suspects in the case.
