Demeko Duckworth is convicted of killing his girlfriend, Asia Wade, and her cousin Clarence Goins.

Goins was shot and killed in the Edgehill area. The next day, police said Wade was stabbed to death in her Bordeaux home while her children were present.

A crime scene investigator talked Tuesday about the case, and jurors also heard the interview he gave to police in Georgia when he was arrested.

Jurors on Monday heard testimony from a handful of witnesses including Goins' father.

Duckworth was found guilty of two counts of first-degree premeditated murder, one count of attempted first degree murder for an alleged attack on his cell mate, and one count of employing a firearm.
