The Fourth Annual Archie's Promise Prom Dress Drive event is getting set to begin.
Beginning March 3, high school girls, on free and reduced lunch or who have parents out of work, are eligible to receive their special dress - for free.
If you'd like to help out there are three drop off locations. Those include: the Holiday Cleaners on 911 Memorial Blvd. in Murfreesboro; Heritage Cleaners on 960 North West Broad Street in Murfreesboro and Holloway High School on 619 South Highland Avenue in Murfreesboro.
Donations will be collected from Feb. 1-29.
Dresses must be from 2004 to present, dry-cleaned, on hangers and must be prom dresses or formal gowns.
Each location has the specific donation collection guidelines available on site.
Archie's Promise collects shoes, dresses and make up that give young ladies a night to remember.
"Times are hard. And when parents are trying to figure out how their daughters are going to go to prom, you can look toward Archie's Promise and say, 'hey, we need your help.' And that's what we're here for," Claressa Johnson with Archie's Promise said.
Since 2009, Archie's Promise has helped more than 350 girls, according to Johnson.
