A bizarre turn to a search for a theft suspect in Clarksville.
The victim said while he was playing basketball at the Clarksville YMCA someone took his keys and stole his Jeep Cherokee Tuesday afternoon.
The next day, the victim was checking listings on Craigslist and saw his stolen golf clubs and other missing items up for sale.
He called police and together they arranged to meet the seller, Willie Charles Cole Jr. to buy the clubs.
Police said Cole arrived at the meeting driving the victim's stolen jeep.
He was arrested on the spot and charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
