The teams will be given the star treatment at the official welcome party Tuesday night, which is an invite only event.

On Wednesday night, the players will attend the Predators vs. Minnesota Wild game at Bridgestone arena.

Events open to the general public begin Thursday with MusicFest and Battle of the Bands.

The outdoor party on historic Second Avenue downtown will features music from the Mississippi State and Wake Forest bands and country act Love and Theft.

On Friday, there will be two big pep rallies on the Riverfront complete with family friendly activities and live music starting at 1:45 p.m.

The game starts at 5:40 p.m.
