MURFREESBORO, TN (WSMV) -
Murfreesboro firefighters said a woman they rescued from a burning home, should make a full recovery.
The fire started at about 4 a.m. at a home on South Baird Lane.
According to firefighters, 10 people were inside when the blaze began.
Nine of the occupants made it out on their own. Firefighters rescued a woman who was found in a bedroom.
Firefighters said she was OK, but she was taken to Middle Tennessee Medical Center as a precaution.
Four of the fire victims are students at Middle Tennessee State University.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, officials said.
