Tennessee has a new favorite in the Republican race to challenge President Barack Obama next year, according to a poll conducted by Vanderbilt University.
According to the poll, Herman Cain leads the pack for the state's primary in March. Twenty-two percent of likely voters picked him.
The poll was conducted just as sexual harassment claims began to surface against Cain.
His support was not as strong with women; only 15 percent of those polled said they would vote for him.
Mitt Romney was in second place overall with 14 percent. Texas Gov. Rick Perry finished third with 9 percent.
