The Metro Council and the Nashville Sports Authority will meet Thursday morning to talk about proposed improvements at LP Field.
Mayor Karl Deal and Titans team officials announced last week plans for $25 million in upgrades and improvements paid for with existing ticket fees.
The plans call for a new video screen, hundreds of speakers and six elevators to move fans to the upper decks.
The informal work session was scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. A full council vote on the plan could happen as early as November.
