NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Two Georgia men were arrested in Nashville and accused of using fraudulently encoded ATM cards to withdraw money from unsuspecting victims' accounts, police said Thursday.

Chris Dragiev, 27, of Kennessaw, GA and Atanas Georgiev, 28, of Atlanta are charged after police say they withdrew cash from three Nashville area banks using information obtained by placing devices used to fraudulently capture personal data on at least two ATM locations in Chattanooga and Dalton, GA between Sept. 29 and Oct. 13.

The men allegedly withdrew the funds from the accounts of three victims, two of whom reside in Chattanooga and one in Rossville, GA.

Georgiev was also charged with being a fugitive from justice for identity theft and is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Dragiev is free on $100,000 bond.

Metro police say the fraud unit's investigation is continuing.
