U.S.A. Prime Credit NFL week 4 picks:
Tennessee Titans @ Cleveland Browns -1 Pick: Titans +1
The Titans head up to Cleveland to take on Colt McCoy and the Browns. Both teams are 2-1 but neither have looked very impressive. The Titans haven't been able to muster up a ton of points but have found a way to win. The Browns look like they are starting to find a passing game, but that was against the Dolphins who have the third-worst passing defense. The Titans secondary has played well this season. The Titans have no Kenny Britt and the league's worst rushing offense. I don't see either team scoring very much. Bonus Pick: Titans-Browns under 39. Titans will win but not by much.
Miami Dolphins @ San Diego Chargers -7 Pick: Dolphins +7
I have a list of the top five most-overrated teams in the NFL. The Chargers are #2 on the list. Both of their wins are over teams that are now 0-3. They didn't play well and didn't cover in either game. The Dolphins are also 3-0. I give them a shot to win straight up but they will definitely cover the 7. The Dolphins have put up a lot of yards on offense this year. Even if the Chargers get up early, the Dolphins can hang around in this one.
New Orleans Saints @ Jacksonville Jaguars +7.5 Pick: Saints -7.5
Drew Brees is one of the five quarterbacks on pace to break Dan Marino's single season passing yard mark. He is absolutely lighting up secondary's. He is second in passing. The Saints are second in the league in scoring (34.7 pts/g). The Jaguars are second to last in scoring (9.7 pts/g).
New England Patriots @ Oakland Raiders +4.5 Pick: Raiders +4.5
The Bills, the Lions, the Raiders; these are the three teams which missed the playoffs last year but will make the playoffs this year. Hugh Jackson has the Raiders playing good football. Darren McFadden is a monster. He is leading the league in yards per game and yards per carry.
Minnesota Vikings @ Kansas City -2 Pick: Vikings -2
Minnesota has been up double digits at half time of their first three games but have found a way to blow all three games. That won't happen this week. Kansas City has too many injuries and not enough weapons. They will continue to struggle. Minnesota will take an early lead and not look back.
Pittsburgh Steelers @ Houston Texans -4 Pick: Houston -4
Is it just me or do the Steelers just not look that good? They were blown out week 1 then won over two really poor teams, and didn't look good doing it. The Texans on the other hand have plugged another horse in at running back and continue to sling the rock around. They played well last week but couldn't hold on against the high powered Saints offense. Look for Houston to revenge the loss.
I love lots of games this week.
Bonus picks : Bills -3 and Eagles -7. Everyone keeps telling Michael Vick to suck it up or saying he's too fragile and he'll get hurt again. I'm usually a Vick hater, too, but the more people doubt him this week the bigger game he will have. Expect him to blow up big time this week. Huge game in the air and on the ground. Eagles win big.
