GALLATIN, TN (WSMV) -

Lindsey Lowe, accused of murdering her newborn twins last week, has been released from the Sumner County Jail after being bonded out.

Lowe left the jail around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday with her father, Mark Lowe.

Mark Lowe wrapped his arm around his 25-year-old daughter, who held her head down. Neither said anything as they left the jail.

Monday, more than 100 people showed up to support Lindsey Lowe in court as a judge ruled she could be released on bond.

Onlookers at the hearing could see Lowe mouthing the words 'thank you' to supporters who spoke on her behalf as character witnesses for the defense.

"Lindsey is a model daughter and we love her very much. She's as good as it gets," Mark Lowe said Monday.

In the end, Judge James Hunter granted bail for Lindsey Lowe, saying he believes she's more a danger to herself than others. He set the bail at $250,000.
