Harry Potter's final episode drew huge crowds to sold-out movie theatres across Nashville.

At the Hollywood 27 theater at 100 Oaks Mall, people lined up at 5 p.m. for the best seats.

The Potter film is showing on 24 of the 27 screens, starting at 12:01 a.m. Potter's "Deathly Hallows" is expected to bring one billion dollars in box-office sales.

Fans said they came because they grew up reading Harry Potter and wanted to say a final good-bye to a beloved character.
